Therapy and coaching sessions are by appointment only. Typically, you should allocate 50-60 minutes for each session unless we mutually agree to a different duration.
You
might find it useful to arrive for your appointments a few minutes
early so you can collect your thoughts and shift gears before we start
our session together. Whenever possible, I'll schedule your appointments for the same day and time each week. In any case, every effort will be made to establish an appointment schedule that fits your individual circumstances.
Under
some circumstances, I am willing to conduct therapy or coaching sessions via teleconference (like Skype); however, my preference is to meet with you in person in one
of my practice offices whenever possible. Coaching sessions may be conducted at or near
your place of business.
If
you are not able to keep a scheduled appointment, let me know as soon
as possible so I can make constructive use of that time. To avoid being charged for missed appointments, cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 72 hours (3 days) notice.
